We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions on your property, underground utilities not properly marked, or issues that arise from inaccurate information provided to us.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for marking underground utilities, obtaining any necessary permits, and ensuring we have clear access to the work area.

You also agree to remove or secure pets during our work and inform us of any hazards on your property.

Intellectual Property
